我和我的伴侣于2026年5月26日（星期二）在Metrotown的Metropolis Chipotle餐厅吃了鸡肉卷饼，我们两人都生病了。从27日开始我出现了严重腹泻——现在已经是29日了，我仍然每小时上一次厕所，并伴有剧烈腹痛。如果明天还没有好转，我将需要去医院接受治疗，因为我无论如何都无法保持身体水分。

我于 2023 年 12 月 23 日在本那比地铁城的 Chipotle Grill 吃过饭，12 月 24 日我无法起床。我呕吐了，头晕了 4 天。圣诞节病时我一直卧床不起。25日上午9点我去了本那比的医院，他们批准了食物中毒。

只有我从那里生病了，因为我是家人中唯一一个订购鸡肉碗的人。我在下午 5 点（4 月 17 日）左右吃了，醒来了 @ 3 点 45 分（4 月 18 日）跑到洗手间，腹泻然后呕吐。我早上 4 点 30 分左右回去睡觉，希望是这样但是当我醒来工作时 @ 早 6 点事情继续。

I ordered the beef/carnitas burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce, my sister in law ordered chicken burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce as well. We both had pretty much the same thing just different protein, who knows what ingredient made us sick.

2018 年 8 月 27 日我有沙拉碗吃晚餐。我丈夫有墨西哥卷饼，我的孩子有墨西哥卷饼。大约 30 分钟后，我开始感到臃肿，胃部感到不舒服。大约一个小时后我感到头晕和恶心。大约 2 小时后我开始出现非常水性腹泻。我的胃感觉真的很糟糕，现在我想吐出来，但是没有上来。我试着去睡觉，但是我太不舒服了，无法入睡。吃完大约 4 小时后，我终于吐出来感觉好像胃里的全部内容都出来了。呕吐后我的胃感觉好多了，但还是很有趣，我能感觉到我会长时间腹泻。我丈夫和孩子们都没事，所以我认为这可能是生菜。（要求墨西哥卷饼没有生菜）。我不会回去的。

Bowl- white rice, chicken, mild sauce, veggies, sour cream, guacamole.
