I ate at the Chipotle Grill at Metrotown in Burnaby on December 23, 2023 and on December 24 I couldn't get out of bed. I vomited and was dizzy for 4 days. I was bedridden all the time Christmas sick. On the 25th at 9 am I
went to the hospital in Burnaby and they approved food poisoning.

chicken from there only i got sick as i was the only one in my family who ordered a bowl with chicken. i ate around 5pm (april 17) and woke up @ 3:45am (april 18) ran to the washroom and had diarrhea and was vomiting. i went
back to sleep around 4:30am hoping that was it but when i woke up for work @ 6am the same thing continued.

I ordered the beef/carnitas burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce, my sister in law ordered chicken burrito bowl (no rice, no beans) with lettuce as well. We both had pretty much the same thing just different protein, who knows what ingredient made us sick.

day, we felt sick around the same time...started with a headache and felt really weak, once we started feeling sick everything just progressed so quickly (vomitted, diarrhea, chills, mild fever). We both had no idea how we got sick, and the rest of the family was fine. Obviously, because only both of us had it, nobody else did.
I reported this to the head office, I got a call back from the US, sadly he didn't give a damn about it, he made it sound like I was making a big fuss and because "nobody else reported that they got sick", for $22, it's really not worth my time (or ANYONE) to make a false claim for a free meal.
I had to ask him to refund me, he wasn't even apologetic.
just because you get a lot of customers all the time does not mean you should have such bad attitude especially towards those who got sick from eating your food.

I had salad bowl for dinner on August 27, 2018. My husband had a burrito and my children had quesadillas. I started to feel bloated and felt uncomfortable in the stomach after about 30 min. I felt dizzy and nauseated after about 1hour. I started to have
very waterly diarrhoea after about 2hrs. My stomach felt really bad and I wanted to throw up at this point, but it was not coming up. I tried to go to sleep but I was too uncomfortable to go sleep. About 4 hrs after eating, I finally throw up and out felt like the entire content of my stomach came out. My stomach feels a lot better after throwing up but it's still funny and I can feel I will have diarrhea for longer time. My husband and kids are getting ok so I think it might be the lettuce. (Asked for no lettuce for the burrito). I won't be going back.

I ate a bowl of Peanut butter crunch cereal. Used to be my favorite. It didn't taste like it use to. Was off color, misshapen and didn't smell or taste like peanut butter! I made complaints to Quaker Oats. One employee told me that a manufacturer had
some problems and bad batches were out there. Then he was no longer allowed to speak with me. A cover up is currently going on. A Senior Escalation Specialist told me that Quaker Oats is not recalling any of this bad cereal. She denies that hundreds of others are making the same complaints. I can Not find a box of good Peanut butter Crunch. Quaker Oats refuses to send me a good box. I Don't think any exists. And I have a complaint with the FDA, but it's going slow. I plan to make as much noise about this as possible!!. I got it from Food Lion on the Garden City Connection in Murrell's Inlet, S.C. Both all stores in Murrell's Inlet have bad PB Crunch cereal. Piggly wiggly, Dollar General, Publix also.

The other day I ate like half a bag and immediately felt horrible like I was getting sick in every bone in my body- fever, chills but I didn’t think it was something I ate I thought I was getting sick I had to go home rest
the rest of the day..But I was fine the next day but now I know it’s the cereal bc I just ate some was fine and then I ate it and feel like I have a fever, aches, like I’m getting really sick! This happened the other day but I didn’t think anything of it now I’m realizing this feeling only starts after eating the cereal! So I looked it up it said there’s a recall on the cereal bc it’s contaminated with metals, but I bought the Cinnamon toast cereal and that one is not listed on the recall. I don’t know what’s happening!
04/23 update: The second time I ate it I only had one serving maybe 1.5 servings, and within 30 minutes started feeling awful. Like the same type of feeling I got when I got the Covid vaccine, that’s the closest comparison I can come up with. But I could literally feel my system rejecting something/ trying to fight off whatever it was I put in my body. And I am plant based and super health conscious, but these ingredients look harmless! It’s not like it has a bunch of junk in there that’s why it’s very concerning. Plus there WAS a recall due to metals being in the product, and that would seem about right, considering the way I felt. But I think they need to recall it again and test for metals still being in there. | Symptoms: Fever, Headache
