I had Chipotle bowl of white rice, chicken, tomatoes, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce from Chipotle Mexican Grill, 1000 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201 yesterday evening. I was sick the whole night and couldn’ go to the office yoday too- diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Whatever I eat comes out through vomiting. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
