I had steak, black beans, white rice, guacamole, sour cream, green salsa, cheese and lettuce. Ate it around 8:30pm and woke up at 2am to crazy stomach cramps which worsened over time. Went into the bathroom cause I figured what would happen. Got REALLY hot and sweaty. Finally went back to bed after all that business was taken care of. Woke my usual time for work with a squirrely stomach and over all sick feeling. Called into work and went back to bed. Woke 4 to 5 hours later with a still squirrely stomach. Have only cautiously eaten crackers today. Feeling better than earlier though. | 症状: 腹泻, 其他, 抽筋, 出汗
