- comments: observed approximately 5lbs of tcs food (marinara sauce, cooked chicken) at improper cold holding temperatures of 48. 5-48. 9f. Instructed person in charge that all cold held tcs foods must be at 41f and below. Person in charge voluntarily discarded and denatured 5lbs of food at a cost of $30. Priority violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed rear employee restroom with no covered receptacle for disposal of feminine hygiene products. Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain covered receptacle.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed items stored on floor in walk in beer cooler. Instructed person in charge to elevate all items at least six inches from floor and maintain at all times.
