- Comments: Observed approximately 5lbs of TCS food (marinara sauce, cooked chicken) at improper cold holding temperatures of 48.5-48.9°F. Instructed person in charge that all cold held TCS foods must be at 41°F and below. Person in charge voluntarily discarded and denatured 5lbs of food at a cost of $30. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- Comments: Observed rear employee restroom with no covered receptacle for disposal of feminine hygiene products. Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain covered receptacle.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- Comments: Observed items stored on floor in walk-in beer cooler. Instructed person in charge to elevate all items at least six inches from floor and maintain at all times.
