- comments: observed no signed employees health policies must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)(citation issued)

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed a nozzles lid from a squeeze bottle being sanitized at 0. 0 ppm's at 3- compartment sink. Observed manager running water on nozzle lid and placing back on to bottle with properly wash,rinsing and sanitizing utensils. Instructed to properly sanitize utensils. - comments: observed improper temperatures of tcs ready to eat foods such as 3lbs. Cooked pizzas (cheese,pepperoni & sausage) ranging from 77. 0f-86. 2f on baking rack on counter top. Manager discarded food product. Must have hot holding foods at 135. 0f or above. Appx. 3lbs. $35. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)(citation issued)
