- comments: observed the shelving in the meat prep area across from the three compartment sink above the cutting boards with a build up of rust on them. Instructed to clean and maintain or replace as a means of preventing possible contamination of the food contact surfaces below.

- comments: observed the tracks of the sliding doors of the deli cold hold units in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain all.

- comments: observed the inside of the walk in dairy cooler. . . The deli walk in and freezer floor and fan covers in the need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.
