- comments: observed yellow bulk containers in the rear butcher prep area without a label. Instructed to provide the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify item (salt, sugar, flour etc).

- comments: observed rust on some wire storage racks in the deli walk-in cooler. Instructed to remove rust and repaint or replace the shelves and maintain.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed broken sink stoppers for the 3-compartment sink in the rear kitchen prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain 3 adequate working sink stoppers.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed slow draining handwashing sink next to the 3-compartment sink in the bakery prep area. Instructed to repair plumbing issue and maintain.

- comments: observed (2) missing light shields for light fixtures over the slicer equipments in the deli prep area. Instructed to provide light shields with end-caps or provide shatter proof lighting and maintain.
