- comments: instructed to label bulk containers in kitchen with name of product inside of the containers.

- comments: disposal area not maintained. Observed grease on the ground and on the exterior surface of the grease receptor in the disposal area; instructed to clean and maintain to avoid rodent harborage. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) issued for control of vermin and insects.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed the following equipment in need of cleaning: exterior surfaces of fryers, prep tables, bottom of prep tables, counter tops and interior bottom of fryers to remove grease.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: instructed to clean floors under around and behind kitchen equipment, clean floor inside of walk-in cooler. Instructed to clean the ceiling vents in the kitchen and washrooms to remove dust. Also remove dust from the light shields in the kitchen and fan covers inside of the walk-in cooler. Instructed to clean walls around and behind kitchen equipment where needed. A small area on the ceiling in the sushi prep area has peeling paint; remove.
