- comments: observed no chicago food sanitation manager on site or valid certificate posted. A chicago food sanitation manager must be on site at all times tcs food prepared and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no handwashing sign at handwashing sink in washroom. Instructed manager to provide handwashing signs at all handwashing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed food debris and spills on interior and exterior surfaces of prep tables, shelving units, holding units, coolers, freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leaking faucet on utility sink. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed spills and debris on floors under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep, storage, and dishwashng areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain floors in all areas.

- comments: observed no allergen awareness training for certified manager. All certified managers must provide allergen awareness training.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2622116 on 8-12-25:51-observed a leaky pipe at the 3 comp sink chemiecal hose. Must repair and maintain. 53- observed the self closing device on the washroom door in poor repair. Must repair and maintain as required. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
