- comments: observed no thermometer inside drink cooler located behind checkout counter. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed 4 rodent droppings in dining room, approximately 100 rodent droppings in unused stove in prep area, and an additional 2 rodent droppings near broken baseboard behind cabinet in dining room. Instructed to receive additional pest control service, remove droppings, and maintain premises free of pests. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed torn and broken gaskets on prep cooler located in prep area across from stove. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in good condition.
