12:00 左右我吃了一些鸡手指然后突然间我被一波恶心击中。我已经测过几次，我很恶心，腹部疼痛很恶心，而且很轻。不用说不要再吃手杖  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头昏眼花, 胃痛

几个小时后晚上 10:15-10:30 左右得到了塔可钟，胃开始困扰我。早上 6 点跑到洗手间时带着非常糟糕的 direah 和呕吐。无法保持任何东西。扔了很多次比开始减少水分... 发烧了 101-102 睡了好几个小时。我试过的时候什么都吃不了。几个小时后，我得以保持面包下来，非常虚弱。第二天好一点还是很虚弱

Brought 2 blueberry muffins. When I cut one open the middle was still not cooked. The flour mixture was still liquid and runny. The muffin was not completely baked properly. I also noticed that all the pasteries were not coveted which is a health violation.  | 症状: 恶心

Ordered a nachos bellgrande early in the day, went home and took a nap until i was awaken by some awful stomach cramps, every half hour i was running to the toilet to vomit, it was to the point that i had nothing to give and after about 8 hours i drove myself to the emergency room.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
