我是花旗菲尔德的厨师。2023 年 4 月 28 日我碰到了 Pat LaFrieda-fresh 切碎的牛肉太酸了，闻起来有碎牛肉的味道。我把它提请了我的厨房主管注意。然后他们叫我把它扔掉然后在冰箱里再拿一批碎牛肉。我把酸碎的牛肉扔进了垃圾桶，这样我们的顾客就不会因为花旗球场的食物中毒而生病。但我仍然认为 FTA 应该调查这种肉类，了解他们是如何加工我们在公司使用的切碎的碎牛肉的。
