Emirates flight from Dubai to Frankfurt

I travelled from Bangalore to Dubai and Dubai to Frankfurt in Emirates on 13th November 2019 and have been experiencing stomach pain ever since.
Food seemed fine while I ate but is causing cramps and uncomfortable feeling  | 症状: 恶心, 抽筋, 胃痛

自助晚餐太糟糕了！2019 年 5 月 6 日，我飞往多伦多的航班大大延误了！慕尼黑机场的汉莎服务台为您提供机场快捷假日酒店的住宿、晚餐和早餐！不幸的是，餐厅选项不可用：接待员明确表示我将负责支付晚餐费用！自助晚餐菜单：豆类、酱汁和碎牛肉的一些深棕色混合物！当我到达酒店的时候，我已经饿死了，吃了一些碎牛肉豆混合物！食物太可怕了，味道和气味都不好！我早上醒来时胃部非常疼痛，头痛，抽筋，呕吐，发冷，出汗和腹泻！我脱水了，虚弱，恶心了好几天了！最初，我把症状归咎于消化不良！几天后，我发现自己得了一种食源性疾病！我从慕尼黑飞往多伦多的航班真是地狱！在 8.5 小时的旅程中，我大部分时间都在洗手间和洗手间旁边度过！此外，我尝试过自信地与酒店经理联络，解决食物情况问题！我的第一封电子邮件是在住公司的前一天早上发给她的！除了一堆道歉和借口之外，她拒绝理解情况的严重性，拒绝为这些问题承担一些责任！另外，她试图摆脱我的案子：“很遗憾，我在我们的系统中找不到你的预订”！此外，她所做的只是非常努力地驳回我的投诉，并证明事实没有根据和没有根据！我证明她的陈述是不真实的，因为她试图欺骗我！她有责任证明自己的陈述是对的，我错了：她从来没有质疑我的指控！我在 2019 年 6 月 13 日发送给她的最后一封电子邮件没有得到答复，因为她无法备份一些陈述！除了我的投诉之外，还有数十起其他顾客对酒店提供的食物质量的投诉！这种情况根本不让她担心，因为钱装在汉莎航空的袋子里。尽管有很多客户抱怨和评论，但航空公司一定已经意识到食品质量差的情况，无论他们寄给我什么！他们没有履行规定的 "谨慎义务" 义务和遵守合理谨慎标准的义务，同时采取任何可以预见的伤害他人的行为 "！我认为，航空公司有责任不采取预防措施以避免智选假日酒店有关食物投诉的任何问题！但是，最后，优质食品的 “神话” 不再存在，甚至在德国也不存在！

Ate 6 hot wings, some fries and a zinger burger at 8 p.m. yesterday. At 11 p.m. I started to feel weird but still went to bed. Today I woke up with my stomach hurting unconfortably and diarrhea. Didnt eat something else between.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate a sandwich 3.7.2019 in the morning and got sich ~6 hours later. Before that I had last eaten the evening before and after that nothing before nausea and vomiting started. I drank only botled water and botled orange juice, so see no other possible reason.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
