我吃了 3 块无骨配薯条蘸酱和焦糖奶油球。我确实认为鸡块有点奇怪，就像普通鸡肉那样非常柔软和鱿鱼。8 小时后因消化不良醒来，进食 12 个小时后变成头晕和恶心，现在 14 小时后我不得不下班回家，开始患腹泻和胃痉挛不好。

One sausage and egg McMuffin with added bacon consumed at 10am, followed by a long train journey where I consumed nothing else. Symptoms started at approx 22:30 after getting off said train making it very easy to pinpoint the source of my discomfort.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

At 11pm, I had a twisted chicken wrap with chips and two hot wings. I suspect the chicken was a few days old, had a funny taste. By 5am, the next morning, I suffered from diarrhoea then I just kept going toilet again and again. By 10am I had already gone toilet 6 times.  | 症状: 腹泻
