me and my 2 year old son went Greggs cause he was hungry. he had been find all day until after eating that. we got back home and ever since we had eaten it we have been throwing up and can't keep anything down. I ain't happy at all with this. j wanna know what's gonna be done.  | 症状: 呕吐

Went to IKEA (Wednesbury) and ate chicken meatballs and had a drink from the dispenser. Got home and within 2 hrs I began to experience Diarrhoea. My children had ice cream and hot dogs and they are fine, no symptoms reported. I am confident that this is due to the meatballs.  | 症状: 腹泻
