我吃了一个 3 块鸡肉精选餐和绿洲。然后我吃了一个巧克力 organge mc flurry 和一个双巧克力曲奇。我上周三晚上 7 点左右有这个。星期四我感到恶心，有轻微的胃痉挛。星期五我经历了极度的胃痉挛，同时感到不适和腹泻不好。

16 日，大约 2 人去买了一顿带肉汁和翅膀的 zinger 盒饭，然后一块鸡肉吃掉了一开始都很冷然后不得不躺下来睡着然后被不好的胃痛醒来时腹泻最严重出汗时腹泻严重背痛然后一个小时后他全部都生病了我吃过的食物没消化！

所以在 24 小时内，我整夜都生了至少 5 次剧烈生病，我无法忍受任何东西，连水和背部疼痛都无法相信！Hot sweaty cold hot cold hot... 同时有最严重的抽筋和胃痛！

5 天后，我在进食和整理食物方面仍然遇到困难。

让我终身吃鸡肉和肯德基。

Bought fish fillet meal from McDonald’s on Tuesday 00:00 at the exacape McDonald’s. The next day felt sick, I felt uncomfortable and nauseous in the morning. In the evening I threw up everything I ate and I never throw up so it was really bad. Day 2 and I still feel sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
