we had a meal deal consisting of pizza, wedges ,cheesy triangles & cheesy garlic bread on 24th december around 9pm today we all have vomiting nausea & fever which has ruined our christmas  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a McDonald’s sausage and egg mc muffin breakfast. The egg was quite runny so didn’t enjoy it much. Within 4 hours I began to feel nauseous and cold and shivering. Then 3 hours later very severe hourly vomiting started followed by extreme diarrhoea. I’m still the… 更多

Bought a steak and cheese roll while out shopping with my son. It was the only thing I had chance to eat that day as we were very busy.....by 7pm I was vomiting and had a fever. Won't be buying again  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
