Got some tacos on taco tuesday a hour after eating the chicken and beef taco's i became ill threw up at least ten times and diarrhea. They dont cook their meat all the way im done with FAST FOOD restaurants! If your smart you should to they are killimg us with this garbage  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the chicken tacos. I had severe food poisoning for 7 days then my intestines started bleeding and doctors said if I would have waited a few more days I could've bled to death.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Thurs July 14 2016 - Bought a Wolfgang Puck chicken salad along with Tuna salad from Gelson's personal deli. Symptoms began 4/5 hours after consuming, lasted for an entire night. All I had to eat this day so I know the food poisoning was due to one of these two items  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
