我的妻子和儿子一起训练足球后，他们打电话给华盛顿州巴特勒的麦当劳，因为现在做晚饭有点晚了。我得到了一顿安格斯餐我的儿子有两个双层奶酪汉堡，所以完全不同的饭菜。我确实对我的妻子说过，它的味道和 usaul 不一样，除了它有新风格的味道外，它是深色面包类型。几个小时后，我开始感到不适，开始在我的胃里发疯，然后出现腹泻，气味很难闻。然后我连续生病，直到今天早上 3 点，每小时都有一种非常难闻的气味。生病然后腹泻我病得很厉害我到处都感到头晕和疼痛。我儿子实际上睡着了，醒来时患有腹泻，他抱怨肚子抽筋疼痛，到处都是疼痛。我们没有接触过其他任何东西，也没有真正接触过彼此我下班回家他和我的妻子一起出去吃脚我什么也没吃或喝任何东西直到他们回家.所以我只能在麦当劳的饭菜中找出最好的一点。今天我们下班和上学都生病了。我们两个肚子都在抽筋，但至少我已经不再生病了。当我情况好转时，我会联系他们，只是为了让他们知道是否有问题，其他人也可能已经联系过。我确实喜欢 mc Donald 的，如果其他人也生病了，我希望他们能纠正发生的事情。

My family had the fish burger and the angus burger along with fries and a coke, the one that had the fish fell ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea: the other member had diarrhea only. Two other members had the chicken burgers and nuggets but didn't get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Biryani Rice w/ Curry Chichen & Sambal Prawns on 29/5/2016 about 3pm. I felt unwell and went to bed. I woke at 3am to urgently attend the toilet. I had severe diarrhoea and vomiting. I had a fever. I had rigours. I am still not feeling well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
