我有一个鸡肉凯撒包裹。我无法停止呕吐，甚至不能把水压下来。我几乎无法移动或说话。我睡在衣服、羊毛袜子、男朋友的毛衣、羊毛毯子和被子里，现在还很冷。腹泻太可怕了。两天后我感觉好多了，但是绝对没有精力。起床让我头晕。

我和我的妻子、小女儿和两位是家庭朋友的女士一起去吃饭，我们一回到家就开始感到不适，我们整晚都没睡觉，因为我们整夜都在进出浴室、呕吐和腹泻严重，这是我吃过的所有东西都没有过的，包括 pept铋，我喝了 Alka-Seltzer 就会出来，我发高烧，头晕而且非常虚弱。我无法去建筑工作。

I ordered a pizza sub with cheddar cheese the toasted it and I asked for lettuce pickles olives mayo mustard and salt &pepper. I got the sub at about 730 pm or 8pm. I started to get really bad runs at 4 am in the morning the time is 1037 am and I went to the bathroom 6 times with really bad runs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
