Two McDoubles and a medium coffee, Double-Double. Finished lunch at 12:30, by 2:30 I was projectile vomiting. Got home from work and vomited again. Had cramps, chills, and diarrhea overnight and into the next day.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战

Àte with 6 people. 2 of us ordered fish and chips. The other 4 ordered something else. The 2 of us with fish and chips had food poisoning symptoms within an hour.
