我在 2 月 17 日星期六晚上订购了外卖。我的家人经常从波士顿披萨订购... 我以前很喜欢自家沙拉和烤鸡；我以为它既健康又新鲜... 我几乎不知道... 吃了一些沙拉和鸡肉后不久，我开始感到恶心...我病得太厉害了。，呕吐、腹泻、发冷、发烧我的身体感觉好像我所有的肌肉都被锤子击中了..！！！; 我一生中从未感到过这种恶心... 最重要的是，我星期一要去墨西哥度假。

I cooked chicken legs from Walmart at 430 pm ate at approximately 6pm , woke up around 4am having diarrhea like water (brown) then I started throwing up a lot (brown as well) this went on most of the day, my daughter had the chicken about 8… 更多

Ate shrimp alfredo with two sides of garlic shrimp and two paralyzer beverages around 8 pm. By 3 am was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea without any warning, still experiencing symptoms at 11am the same day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
