Got sick after eating the dreamcicle at around 2:45 pm. Within 60 minutes I had extreme symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that carried into the night. Still experiencing issues with nausea the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

4 patrons, all of them ill afterwards., 4 patrons, by afternoon everyone was having issues, by evening my daughter was drastically ill. She is still doubled up on my couch, unfit to drive. I have been taking care of her for 2 days.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻

Ate around 6 p.m. had the tenders popcorn chicken and fries with cookie and salad combo. Also drink kn side pepsi food came fast but at night around 1 am started shivering sweating had diahrea in toilet and painful tlstomach ache not pleased so ill will never… 更多

我和妻子像往常一样在这里见朋友。我是唯一一个在下午 1 点左右订购番茄红辣椒汤的人。太阳。7 月 7 日。大约下午 1 点 45 分，还在餐厅的时候我开始发冷 —— 冻结了很长时间，无法控制地发抖，呼吸急促。我妻子带我去了医院，途中寒意还在恶化。他们把我带到 Emerg。几分钟后我开始猛烈呕吐，把 barf 托盘装满 4 次，然后把它全部塞在我的衬衫、裤子和地板上。我开始感觉好些，能感觉到一股温暖的浪潮又回到了我的身体，在 15 分钟之内，寒意就完全消失了。他们继续进行测试，并对74岁的心脏/中风进行了一些检查和预防措施，并检查了我的慢性阻塞性肺病，我一直在补充水分，6小时后出院时可能有食物中毒和一点肺炎，我得到了药物。
我去了维多利亚医院伦敦卫生中心急诊室。800专员路东
今天早上 9 点，我去威廉姆斯那里告诉经理我是常客，并告知我昨天的磨难，并确保他们把那汤除掉，这样没人能得到。

Stopped in for a Beyond meat burger combo, no cheese, for lunch on Saturday afternoon(July 6th, 2019) and by 11pm I was had all the symptoms, fever, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. My fever broke this morning, but I was up all night ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
