昨天我在汉密尔顿市中心的 Mcd 停下来。我的订单 #642 强大的安格斯和严重脆皮的鸡肉在下午 4 点左右。之后没吃任何东西早上 3 点半醒来感觉恶心然后在凌晨 4 点 30 分再次呕吐一样喝水才开始感觉虚弱，早上 7 点半左右出现腹泻仍然感到恶心和虚弱

upon return to Montreal from my day trip I became violently ill for 2 days. This was most upsetting and ruined my time there. I think the food may have been reheated as I was one of the last in the coach party to eat there as it was around 2pm when everyone had gone and finished their lunch.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate dinner at 7pm last night with my husband who ate a similar burrito.
