double chalupa, Symptoms started at 6 AM. I ate the double chalupa around Midnight. I vomited everything up, felt like I was going to poop my pants. Went back to sleep, 3 hours later, pooped liquid, then vomited right after and got cold sweat. Have a headache.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛, 出汗

We ate here as soon as I got home I got very ill, Me and my husband went to this place for dinner he ate something different than I did 2 hours later I had uncontrollable diarrhea and uncontrollable vomiting stomach bloated up like I was pregnant I still am sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 腹胀
