double chalupa, Symptoms started at 6 AM. I ate the double chalupa around Midnight. I vomited everything up, felt like I was going to poop my pants. Went back to sleep, 3 hours later, pooped liquid, then vomited right after and got cold sweat. Have a headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Sweating
