I had a salad with black beans, pico de gallo, hot sauce, and guac only. About 1 hour after I had finished my salad I have vomited 3 times so far. I am still nauseated and have an extremely sore throat from all the vomiting

I got a bowl of shredded beef and then didn't eat the whole thing because it really didn't taste that good. 3 hours later I was vomiting weak and had a fever. I had the stomach flu and couldn't keep anything down.
