Today I went to chipotle in queens center and bought and ate a barbacoa burrito and right after eating it my stomach has started to hurt, I have a fever and nausea. I want to report food poisoning due to chipotle food. Please guide. Parminder  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Had lunch at Dig Inn with a friend today who is also experiencing the same symptoms. I had the charred chicken, brown rice, kale/curry/squash, kale/apple/kohlrabi salad, and ginger mint lemonade. I started to get a fever and my stomach started bubbling an hour and a half after lunch.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧

我的男朋友带回家了 4 个容器 20 块掘金供全家人分享，还有一些孩子的饭菜，其中包括给他兄弟的芝士汉堡。我晚上 745 分吃饭，大约 9 点左右，我开始感到胃痛、臃肿、恶心、极度气体和刺耳的咯咯声。大约在 11:30 左右，随着症状的持续出现，我在开车回家时因呕吐而生病，然后在家里我告诉了父母这件事，他们叫我去洗手间。在那里，我腹泻不好，头晕，恶心更多。整个晚上和早上我都经历了同样的症状。
