Ate salad, 11/2 breadsticks, salmon w/broccoli entree. Chocolate mousse dessert shooter. Also, 10 days prior I ate at same location (Green Acres mall) & got stomachache but no diarrhea. Ate salad & shrimp scampi, breadsticks. No dessert. Will avoid OG for a long while.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

Last night the restaurant smelled similar to sewage. It was late and normally I trust the Meatball Shop, so we went for it anyway.
