It's my two sons 1 year old and 5 year old. Are chicken nuggets about 11/12 today at mcdonalds green lane rock ferry and my kids are being sick and only the chicken nuggets are coming up. I want to put a complaint in about this .  | 症状: 呕吐

Had a billionaire got chocolate in here yesterday afternoon. Instant vommitting and diahorea lasting well over 24hrs. Hallucinating. I have no idea what they put in that but I am seriously not well. Going to walk in centre.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

16 日，大约 2 人去买了一顿带肉汁和翅膀的 zinger 盒饭，然后一块鸡肉吃掉了一开始都很冷然后不得不躺下来睡着然后被不好的胃痛醒来时腹泻最严重出汗时腹泻严重背痛然后一个小时后他全部都生病了我吃过的食物没消化！

所以在 24 小时内，我整夜都生了至少 5 次剧烈生病，我无法忍受任何东西，连水和背部疼痛都无法相信！Hot sweaty cold hot cold hot... 同时有最严重的抽筋和胃痛！

5 天后，我在进食和整理食物方面仍然遇到困难。

让我终身吃鸡肉和肯德基。
