Had a hotdog from the food court. I was fine at first but the morning after I was vomiting all over the place. Have been to the toilet six times and have vomited 3. 我在 7 月 5 日下午 6 点左右去了 Nando。有鸡肉和薯条和哈洛米，还有他们的调味料。我已经非常饱了。我一直觉得自己没有消化食物，因为我觉得食物卡在了我的喉咙里。早上我在起床和移动方面遇到困难，感觉非常虚弱，努力使自己站起来。我去上班时一直感到恶心。一直感到非常不适，最后呕吐以为这会让我感觉好些。我走到外面（29C）发抖（我知道发烧迫在眉睫）我决定尽快喝点茶，我开始感觉更恶心。我回家发现自己有轻度发烧，仍然感到恶心而且极度虚弱
