2018 年 4 月 26 日晚上 7 点至 8 点与我的搭档一起参观了这个 Nandos 共进晚餐。我吃了鸡肉卷，我的伴侣也吃了。回家后感觉还不错根本没有感觉不适的症状。第二天原定于上午 11 点上班，但是早上 6 点 30 分左右醒来，不得不跑到厕所，生病了大约 20 分钟。我在晚上 8 点 30 分/9 点左右再次生病，下午 1 点 30 分/下午 2 点再次生病，晚上有好几次生病，直到我的伴侣出去给我买一些抗病药，这些药片稍有帮助。除了生病之外，我一整天都有严重的 diahhorea，胃痉挛和背部疼痛非常严重。第二天我根本没吃东西，从那以后一直下班，因为我吃饭时胃痛仍然非常突出。
我的伴侣说他饭后胃痛很严重，难以入睡，自己去过几次厕所，但远没有我自己那么严重。

Ate the sausage egg and cheese bagel with a hash brown and a Fanta, within a few hours I began getting stomach cramps and feeling generally unwell and in the evening was sick numerous times and really unwell.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

4 月 21 日下午 2 点 30 分，我在啤酒厂区的 Nando "s 吃了东西。我点了鸡大腿、薯条和大蒜面包。这只鸡尝起来很有趣，但是什么也没想到，继续吃掉它。大约下午 5 点我的肚子开始疼痛。晚上 7 点我在电影院生病了，不得不离开后生了两次病。回家后我仍然生病，感觉虚弱。我也发烧了。
