I had noticed a few of the vegetables and toppings looked a bit frail, but I didn't pay any attention.
Immediately after eating, I could not stop going to the restroom and have had nausea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheddar cheese) and a few hours later I had a fever, severe diarrhea, sweating, and vomiting. This is the only thing that could've possibly caused it because everything else I ate that day was vegan.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
