我在 9 点 45 分左右去了麦当劳，订购了一个巧克力片冰沙和两个鱼片三明治。我的胃开始感觉很奇怪，所以我决定躺下来睡一会 30 分钟。醒来后，我在腹部和胸部感受到了这种可怕的疼痛浪潮。我用了洗手间然后我...好吧...有腹泻。即使在上厕所之后，由于严重的胃痛，我今晚也无法休息。
