我在 2017 年 2 月 22 日星期四晚上在那里吃过饭。第二天开始感到恶心。我醒来时头痛得很厉害，早上排便松动，但是，没有考虑太多。然后到了下午 3 点 30 分至 4 点左右，它真的开始打击我了。我去躺下了。我整天都感觉恶心，情况只会变得更糟。我整晚都在用 diarrea 起床，感觉自己要呕吐了。然后在星期六下午我开始呕吐。整天情况变得更糟，差不多每两个小时我就会抛出一次。现在是星期天早上，我还生病了。我还在头痛而且感觉恶心。我一直很痛苦，正在考虑去紧急护理。

Ate a chicken burrito bowl for dinner. Started feeling bad within 20 minutes and started violently puking within an hour. Same exact thing for my friend who ate with me. Still feeling nauseous 16+ hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
