这可能是那里的沙拉或鸡肉三明治，吃完后我感觉很气味，这导致我吃了一些菠萝 Bismol。早上 2 点左右我开始腹部的上半部疼痛。我去了厕所，我的凳子太松了，基本上是纯液体。我在凌晨 2-6 点之间有很多时间进出了厕所。早上 8 点左右我开始感到寒战和肌肉疼痛。

On Tuesday, 4/23/2019, A friend picked up food from 24-hr Jack in the Box around 5 AM - bacon burger for him, chicken fajita pita & seasoned fries for me. We ate it within 1/2 hour.

No other food was consumed.
