I got the Spicy McChicken with fries and a drink last night, November 26, 2017 on my way home from work. I ate the food when I got home and at roughly 2 am I woke up vomiting, diarrhea, and ruining a fever. As I was up and down all night nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

你好，我昨天 10 点半到 11 点左右在盒子里的杰克吃了我订购了 6 美元的 Munchie 餐，我要的是没有奶酪或奶酪酱的鸡肉三明治，因为我不喜欢那种美式快餐奶酪，反正我明白了，太饿了我不在乎，20 分钟后我得了极度胃痛整晚到处都在呕吐，我错过了本来应该去的徒步旅行，现在我正在厕所里把我的大脑大便出来！太痛了！！！永远不要在那里吃东西它会让你生病

I think it's the milkshakes that are the problem, it could have been the chicken, I got the boneless wings. I got sick and threw up instantly right when I got home after finishing the milkshake. My body's never rejected anything that fast before. Something's definitely wrong here.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
