I got the Spicy McChicken with fries and a drink last night, November 26, 2017 on my way home from work. I ate the food when I got home and at roughly 2 am I woke up vomiting, diarrhea, and ruining a fever. As I was up and down all night nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I think it's the milkshakes that are the problem, it could have been the chicken, I got the boneless wings. I got sick and threw up instantly right when I got home after finishing the milkshake. My body's never rejected anything that fast before. Something's definitely wrong here.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
