Had the Chicken and Shrimp lunch with chicken fried rice on 4-14-2019. Today is 4-16-2019. I have had diarrhea since the night of 4-14-2019. Nausea and fever started 4-15-2019. Started vomiting 4-16-2019. No other changes to diet and/or activity level that could explain my symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
