2 toddlers ate there and the other 3 family members did not eat it. The only two that are sick are the ones who ate it. They have been non stop vomiting with a hard bloated stomach.   | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Bloating

Had the Chicken and Shrimp lunch with chicken fried rice on 4-14-2019. Today is 4-16-2019. I have had diarrhea since the night of 4-14-2019. Nausea and fever started 4-15-2019. Started vomiting 4-16-2019. No other changes to diet and/or activity level that could explain my symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
