Grilled Veggies Cause Illness

Take out on 5/15/22, grilled veggies looked a little funny, not like usual, very wet and greasy. Got them with chicken tacos, which otherwise seemed okay. I am the only one in my party that got the veggies and the only one that got sick. Terrible.
