I ate yesterday at 3 PM, at a chipotle (about an hour and a half out from SF).

Started to cramp and groan starting at 5 PM until 8 PM, when I started vomiting. I haven't been able to eat or drink without throwing up or diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

10月5日，星期五 11 pm订购了带水的双双动物风格.从字面上看，整天都没吃任何东西，但那天早上只吃了一个蛋白质棒。凌晨 4 点醒来时有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。这种情况持续了一整天。这种情况发展到 102 发烧，身体疼痛极为严重。第二天腹泻仍然很强劲，没有发烧。可能是生菜或肉被污染了。不确定。生气我不得不提早离开工作岗位然后生病回家。

My husband and I both got food poisoning after eating there on Friday evening. We both ate burritos with chicken, corn salsa, mild salsa, and lettuce. We have had diarrhea for 4 days straight, fever and vomiting for 2 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a limited ingredient chicken salad for lunch with pinto beans, chicken, lettuce, and salad dressing. Five hours later I was throwing up at work and went to ER at the hospital where I work. Sent home for 2 days.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我今年 58 岁，我在 carls Jr. 买了一个汉堡，然后去买了一些杂货。当我完成开车回家之后，我最终全身呕吐，定期停下来扔更多东西，等等。我也感觉很虚弱。我知道这是食物中毒的原因是因为我身体很好然后在拿到食物 30 分钟到一个小时后我感觉很糟糕。

I ate a burrito from Chipotle for lunch! By 8:30 my stomach was cramped and then I had diarrhea immediately after that. It is now 3am and I have not slept due to vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
