I ate yesterday at 3 PM, at a chipotle (about an hour and a half out from SF).

Started to cramp and groan starting at 5 PM until 8 PM, when I started vomiting. I haven't been able to eat or drink without throwing up or diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I both got food poisoning after eating there on Friday evening. We both ate burritos with chicken, corn salsa, mild salsa, and lettuce. We have had diarrhea for 4 days straight, fever and vomiting for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a limited ingredient chicken salad for lunch with pinto beans, chicken, lettuce, and salad dressing. Five hours later I was throwing up at work and went to ER at the hospital where I work. Sent home for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
