我在 2018 年 4 月 17 日 3:45 至 3:50 左右在 Wendy's 吃了一个双层奶酪汉堡/薯条和上面的所有东西，吃了大约 1/2 之后就没有味道了，起初我没想太多，但是那天晚上晚些时候我有很多汽油，根本无法使用浴室我只是感到恶心，它然后两（2）天后我右侧下面的所有东西都受伤了，我躺在床上，上面放着加热垫，右腿受伤了，很难走路。然后我开始腹泻，截至 2018 年 4 月 24 日，它仍然会伤害一些人。我没有给食物拍任何照片，我把它扔掉了，没想到我会需要它。就是这样。

I came to dine here on 3 different occasions with my family. Each time, I got an extreme stomachache and diarrhea within about 30 minutes of eating here. Everyone else was fine (3 other adults). I gave it the benefit of the doubt each time but after the last incident, I haven't returned.  | 症状: 腹泻

Had salad: spring mix, kale, arugula, pineapple, olives, tomatoes, roasted garlic, red onions, with oil and vinegar dressing.

Bad diarrhea several times about an hour and half after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
