我用了 drive thur买了一顿培根 Mac 双人餐和儿童餐。Mac double 里有很多番茄酱和一点培根。大约 2 小时后我整晚都在呕吐弹丸。感觉头在旋转，恶心严重，无法入睡。待了 2 天然后去了医院。服用抗生素后恶心了 10 天。

On September 22 at around 12:00pm I ordered a Crunchy Gordita Box for lunch. Once I ate the burrito my stomach began hurting. It hurt for the rest of the day. At 7:00pm I had diarrhea and at around 8:00 I began to vomit everything I ate after lunch. And now at 11:50 I have diarrhea again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
