Ordered a pizza from Dominos. Not long after eating I found my self suddenly running to the bathroom puking (among other things). I was in perfect health. I truly believe this location is disgusting. Employees are not handling food correctly. My stomach is tore up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered two veggie tacos around 5pm. Ate them around 530pm when I got home. Went to bed at 10pm and woke up at midnight. Nausea vomiting intense abdominal pains all night and until 15hrs later.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
