10月5日，星期五 11 pm订购了带水的双双动物风格.从字面上看，整天都没吃任何东西，但那天早上只吃了一个蛋白质棒。凌晨 4 点醒来时有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。这种情况持续了一整天。这种情况发展到 102 发烧，身体疼痛极为严重。第二天腹泻仍然很强劲，没有发烧。可能是生菜或肉被污染了。不确定。生气我不得不提早离开工作岗位然后生病回家。

周六晚上 7 点 45 分左右订购了 Southern Fry 鸡肉三明治。晚上 10 点左右开始感到恶心，然后把它弄得空腹吃很多东西。到了午夜时分，我已经呕吐了，把所有东西都拿出来了，感觉好了 100 倍。Bummed 是因为我喜欢 Plan Check 和南方鱼苗，但我认为我再也不能吃一个了。
