我让我的女朋友点了烤鸡肉和摩卡咖啡冻结。我在上午 10 点 46 分左右吃了大约三口。咬了那些东西之后，我立刻感到臃肿，把它和饱满混淆了。整天我都感到饱满和生气，但我认为这很好。晚上 7 点 14 分左右，我重新加热了鸡肉烤，它显然很好吃，所以我吃完了最后 80％ 的鸡肉。直到晚上 8 点 25 分左右，我才开始感到胃部强烈疼痛。我在距离夜校五分钟路程的高速公路上，痛苦不会停止。意外不吃饭或没有在正确的时间范围内进食并不是一样的痛苦。这种痛苦不一样。我很快得出结论，原因可能是鸡肉烘烤中的奶酪，因为我不经常食用乳制品。我想我一定对乳糖产生了过敏反应，因为随着年龄的增长，乳糖不耐症是很自然的。我目前正在就读一所技术学院进行医疗协助，巧合的是，我们本周正在学习的章节是关于营养的，其中包括有关乳糖过敏的部分。我等了 10-15 分钟，以防万一疼痛终于消退了。一个小时后，我通知了我的老师（她有博士学位），她意识到了我的食物中毒症状，并免除了我上课。从我晚上 9 点 20 分回家的那一刻起，我的胃就像分娩痛一样非常疼痛，我立刻呕吐了。我服用了抗酸剂来看看它是否会有所帮助，但没用，我的整个身体都在疼痛。甚至直到现在。

Had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a raisin bagel with cream cheese. My wife and I shared it with two cups of coffee. Now we both have similar symptoms and are vomiting a few days later  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
